BackendBooster<br />

Details

REALTECH BackendBooster provides mechanisms that enable differentiated process control, like for example monitoring on a business process level. During productive operation, data exchange is monitored by SAP XI while REALTECH BackendBooster monitors the proper updating of the data in SAP. Consequently, customers can rely on the continuous and smooth operation of their core processes.

Interfaces are defined in REALTECH BackendBooster which map a customer's business processes. These interfaces contain information on who is responsible for a business process, allowing for targeted notification should an error occur. These interfaces reference to interface programs that were automatically generated by BackendBooster, which contain all technical definitions such as the applied loading method. Which data is ultimately delivered to which interface can be freely defined with REALTECH BackendBooster.

REALTECH BackendBooster includes a monitor to keep track of any interface as defined by the user. It analyzes the data in the SAP backend based on the criteria specified within BackendBooster - thus monitoring the update status of SAP data. REALTECH BackendBooster immediately forwards update errors to the appropriate department for analysis and correction.

Independent of RFC or ALE, REALTECH BackendBooster for the first time provides the opportunity to continuously monitor the updating of SAP data from a central user interface. Before, RFC-based processes - that is processes in SAP NetWeaver XI - or ALE-based processes in the SAP backend could only be considered apart from one another.

System requirements:
REALTECH BackendBooster works as an add-on on the SAP backend system. Consequently, all SAP backend system resources are provided. BackendBooster can be deployed on all myERP systems from SAP R/3 release 4.0B to release 4.6c.
