Trouble-free SAP operation in just five days REALTECH provides a five-day implementation guarantee for its theGuard! ApplicationManager. This guarantee applies to release 4.0 or later for the monitoring of SAP NetWeaver landscapes with no more than 100 SAP systems. REALTECH guarantees to offer this service at a fixed price of €6,950 (plus travel and entertainment expenses). The implementation comprises the standard monitoring for each SAP system including operating system, database, and ABAP and Java stack. The implemented standard customizing comprises the “best practice” monitoring for the above listed subdisciplines as well as standard alerting via e-mail and short message. Detailed customizing settings are contained in the Preconfiguration for SAP document. This guarantee is valid only if the terms and conditions of the guarantee are met. These have to be fully met and confirmed in writing by the customer before commencement of the implementation.
