Walldorf, October 28, 2008 – Matthias Kneissl will spearhead the development of a new strategic software solution for SAP Change & Release Management. Mr. Kneissl joined REALTECH on September 1, 2008, allowing REALTECH to broaden its expertise as a software manufacturer and consultancy for SAP systems.
Mr. Kneissl will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and global marketing of the software solution for SAP Change & Release Management.
After earning a degree in computer sciences from the University of Passau in Germany, Matthias Kneissl joined the Application Management Center SBS in Bangkok as a consultant. In the following year, he started working as a freelance software architect and project manager for renowned customers in the consumer and high-tech industry (e.g. Konica Minolta). Before joining REALTECH AG in September 2008, he was the Head of Product Management at Galileo Group AG.
Only recently, Kneissl was appointed member of the Executive Committee of the German section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. As a member of the Executive Committee of the Gesellschaft für Informatik (German Informatics Society), Matthias Kneissl has been active in numerous committees for many years now.
