Walldorf, October 24, 2006. REALTECH, the Walldorf-based technology consultancy and SAP partner, has developed a consulting model called "Business Case Integration with SAP NetWeaver". It aims at optimizing system landscapes in order to provide both easier and faster access to data that is relevant to the decision-making process and to clearly arrange this data.
A company's ability to make forward-looking decisions relies on its ability to provide up-to-the-minute access to current and mission-critical information. However, in order to provide targeted responses to market changes, this information has to be made available as quickly as possible and in consolidated form, giving customers an edge over their competitors. The implementation of the "Operation Analytics" business case will combine all the information that is vital to the respective users in a single interface. REALTECH's consulting approach is part of a "Business Case Initiative" that aims to model process steps or a group of subprocesses faster, more flexibly and with greater ease by exploring the possibilities offered by SAP NetWeaver instead of traditional SAP technologies. REALTECH calls these subprocesses SAP NetWeaver-optimizable business cases.
With its new consulting model, the Walldorf-based technology consultancy is providing a timely response to the increasing demands that SAP NetWeaver places on a consultant’s expertise. REALTECH's consulting model takes a holistic approach to a customer's business case. As opposed to traditional consulting models, which are either focused on process consulting or limited to the module or technology level, particular emphasis is placed on a vertical approach that looks at the entire system landscape - including everything from process to SAP system design to the configuration of the SAP NetWeaver system landscape and infrastructure. The business process determines which SAP NetWeaver components are required and thus how this new SAP technology is used.
REALTECH participated in early SAP NetWeaver development projects and has successfully demonstrated its expertise in the field by completing more than 60 SAP NetWeaver projects worldwide since the release of the software.
