The cooperation focuses on the early and optimal integration of REALTECH's System Management Solutions with mySAP solutions. SAP customers are able to take even better advantage of the high-availability and high-performance of their SAP systems by using the theGuard! product family to monitor their SAP landscapes. REALTECH AG will become an SAP "Global Technology Partner."
The increasingly complex IT systems require a variety of different components that have to be optimally tuned to each other in order to run smoothly. In addition to the Support partnership that was signed in February, the Technology cooperation is yet another step towards providing mySAP.com customers with all-encompassing consulting services. As part of the cooperation, REALTECH is the only worldwide “Global Alliance Partner Support,” who, together with SAP AG, plans, supports and validates the technical implementation of mySAP solutions. The cooperation will focus mainly on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI). “The years of experience in Technology Consulting, be it in conventional R/3 consulting or in the new mySAP.com components, flow directly into the development of our software solutions,” confirms Rainer Schmidt.
