• Revenue EUR 29.7 million – up 14%
• Software business grows 12%

Walldorf, July 26, 2007. REALTECH AG’s revenue increased in the 1st half of 2007 by 14% to EUR 29.7 million (1st half of 2006: EUR 26.0 million). This included a 12% increase in software revenue to EUR 5.9 million (EUR 5.3 million) and a 15% increase in consulting revenue to EUR 23.8 million (EUR 20.7 million).
EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) increased to EUR 2.7 million (EUR 1.7 million) while EBIT climbed to EUR 2.3 million (EUR 1.1 million).
Net income doubled to reach EUR 1.3 million (EUR 0.6 million), while earnings per share were EUR 0.24 (EUR 0.11). The company recorded a cash flow of EUR 1.7 million (EUR 1.1 million). As a result of the dividend distributed in the 2nd quarter, net cash and cash equivalents at the end of June 2007 stood at EUR 27.1 million, compared to EUR 28.0 million at the end of 2006 and EUR 26.7 million at the end of last June.
2nd quarter of 2007:
Revenue increased 20% to EUR 15.5 million (2nd quarter of 2006: EUR 12.9 million). Software revenue increased by 14% to EUR 3.1 million (EUR 2.7 million). At EUR 12.4 million, consulting revenue was 21% up on the previous year’s figure (EUR 10.2 million).
EBITDA and EBIT were both improved, to EUR 1.7 million (EUR 0.9 million) and EUR 1.5 million (EUR 0.7 million) respectively. Net income increased to EUR 0.9 million (EUR 0.5 million), corresponding to earnings per share of EUR 0.18 (EUR 0.10).
Based on these good half-year results, the Executive Board has increased its forecast for the year as a whole. REALTECH now expects its percentage revenue increase in 2007 to be on a similar scale to that in the first six months. As for EBIT, the company anticipates a percentage increase in the high double-digit range.
