Walldorf, February 18, 2005. Michael Knopp, Chief Financial Officer of REALTECH AG, will be leaving the company on April 30, 2005 of his own accord. Mr. Knopp was responsible for the areas of finance, personnel, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. In terms of operations, he held responsibility for the company’s non-European subsidiaries in the US, Japan, Singapore, and New Zealand. The Executive and Supervisory Boards wish to thank him for the work he has done at REALTECH.
