With the founding of REALTECH Australasia Pty. Ltd. in Wollongong, Australia and the opening of REALTECH in Auckland, New Zealand REALTECH now covers the 3 international time zones.
Extensive product development and marketing activities lead to the first sale of REALTECH's in-house developed application management solutions theGuard! and TransportManager.
In preparation of the IPO in 1999, realTech AG in Walldorf, Germany is founded. Members of the Executive Board of Directors are Markus Adam, Daniele Di Croce, Rainer Schmidt and Peter Stier. Members of the Supervisory Board of Directors are Bernd Blümmel (Chairman), Robert Kempf, Norbert Schwerber.
REALTECH has 96 employees.

REALTECH expands its European presence with the opening of subsidiaries in Ratingen Germany, Rome Italy, and London England, and its international presence with the opening of REALTECH System Consulting Pte. in Singapore.
Purchase of property in the industrial area of Walldorf to establish the new headquarters.
REALTECH has 185 employees worldwide.
